As luck would have it this bachelor wanted a sophisticated modern and swanky feel and wanted it done in two weeks! He loves glass, chrome, metal and the color blue. This was a blank canvass except for a glass and chrome dining table re-purposed as a desk. He also had the couch so that was our starting point. Although this was a rental we pushed the envelope and painted, wallpapered, and re-tiled the fireplace. No he did not get his security deposit back but was able to rent out his downtown pad for tons during ACL and SXSW!
